1.Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities :
  • Perform daily office administrative task such as data entry, monitoring leave applications, ordering stationery and etc.
  • Generate sales analysis report and managing reference materials.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Opeartions and Marketing teams when required.
  • Processing claims, purchase orders and invoices.
Requirements :
  • Minimum: SPM or higher
  • At least 1 year experience in similar capacity.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Words and Power point).
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook.
  • Good team player and independent with strong interpersonal skills.
