| Responsibilities : |
- Lead a team of developers to provide business and technical expertise in requirements of solicitation, system analysis, technical design, programming and documentation of information systems.
- Act as principle contributor to technical feasibility studies, business cases and 3rd party assessment.
- Prepare detailed functional specifications, design models, system workflows and user acceptance test from which software applications will be developed and implemented.
- Design, develop, support, troubleshoot and maintain new or existing systems as required, optimizing performance, resolving problems and providing timely follow-up on identified issues.
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for developed systems.
- Support and maintain the internal IT infrastructure.

| Requirements : |
- Minimum Degree holder.
- At least 3 years in software life cycle. Mobile/handheld application development experience would be an added advantage.
- Good communication in English.
- Good team player and willingness to work extra hours.
- Able to work independently.
- Good leadership and supervisory skills.
- Knowledge in Visual Basic, C#, PHP, MS SQL, Oracle (or others).

- Define user requirements, agree application features and scope.
- Develop and support application software.
- Develop and perform test plan documents.
- Develop user manual for the developed systems.
