| Responsibilities : |

Sales Data Management
- Data administration and data security management.
- Ensure the integrity of sales data.
Sales Statistical Analysis
- Analyze data with basic statistical methods, interpret results and provide written summaries of data analysis.
- Present and assess alternative statistical methods.
Marketing Operational Support
- Monitor internal campaign budgets.
- Administration of ordering system.
- Point of Sales Material (POSM) planning, ordering and delivery tracking for all campaigns.

| Requirements : |
- Minimum: Diploma holder in relevant discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing or operations.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to communicate in Cantonese and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Access.
- Knowledge of database systems is highly preferred. Candidate with experience of ERP/CRM systems will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and detail orientated.
The above position is on contract terms for a period of one year.

| Responsibilities : |
- Supervise an operations team comprising executives, supervisors and field representatives.
- Recruit, train and provide guidance to the operations team.
- Build rapport with clients and retail store personnel.
- Conduct field audits.
- Liaise with clients on daily operations and review monthly operational effectiveness.
- Accurate completion and timely submission of reports.

| Requirements : |
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma or degree in any discipline.
- Preferably with 3 years of work experience in FMCG industry.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate in other languages/dialects is an added advantage.
- Committed, result-driven and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess strong leadership skills and is a good team player.
- Possess good analytical skills and is proactive in resolving issues.
- Must be willing to travel.
